«Identifying mistakes in English pronunciation can sometimes be easy and other times not so easy because native Spanish speakers are not used to those sounds. but this project taught me to analyze more what are the mistakes we make and helped me develop new ways to correct my future students. I really liked this project because I learned that there are fun and more dynamic ways to learn and correct English pronunciation. It was not difficult to find exercises to practice. It was more difficult to investigate what mistakes we make.» - Darling Castellanos

«The errors in the skills of Spanish-speaking students when learning English almost always have to do with the difference in both languages. As we know, in English there are more sounds than in Spanish, and the construction of sentences is very different. Therefore, for new learners it becomes a challenge, for example, as an English student I know that one of the most difficult practices in the language are related to pronunciation and conjugation of different verb tenses, so when I notice my weakness is very important to work on how to strengthen it. On the other hand, if the student's environment is with the English language, it will be easier for him or her to acquire the language. Finally, learning a new language does not depend on how good the teacher is, but on how hard the student puts in to learn.» - Marly FΓΊnez

«Making errors while learning a new language is unavoidable, but these errors act more as a marker of our knowledge than a lack of learning. However, a mistake shouldn't be seen negatively because it shows that you are still learning. This activity was definitely a great help for us since it gives us the tools we need to identify errors in pronunciation but also shows us how to correct them. As a future teacher, the experience gained is invaluable, and I look forward to putting it into practice.» - Celio Cartagena
